Start of construction of the Musketäri Majad in Kristiine City, Tallinn

March 26, 2026

Construction of the Musketäri Majad has begun in the Kristiine City residential quarter in Tondi, Tallinn. This marks the continuation of the Kindrali Houses development project on the site of the former military campus.

The first phase includes the completion of a building with commercial premises at Sammu 7 and Talli 1 by the end of 2027, followed by a residential building at Rivi 8, scheduled for completion in spring 2028.

According to Andrus Laurits, General manager of Pro Kapital, the development consists of several buildings designed as three distinct volumes, creating a spacious and cohesive outdoor environment. The landscaped courtyard will feature play and recreation areas, seating zones, bicycle storage rooms, and covered bicycle parking.

The development will offer 1–5-room apartments ranging from 21.5 to 131.7 m². Larger family apartments will include saunas. Balconies, loggias, and spacious terraces provide private outdoor space, and selected ground-floor apartments will have separate entrances.

The first phase will comprise 144 apartments, with an additional 110 homes planned in the second residential building, bringing the total number of apartments to 254.

The architectural design has been created by renowned architect Indrek Tiigi in collaboration with Allianss Arhitektid. Interior design solutions have been developed together with the interior architecture firm Ace of Space, resulting in modern and distinctive homes.

Kristiine City is a highly valued residential area near the city centre, offering convenient access to everyday services, shops, schools, and kindergartens, as well as excellent connectivity to the city centre and other key destinations.
