    The concept of T1 Mall of Tallinn is unique across the Baltics. The distinctive idea is to balance the traditional shopping experience by creating an environment where people can spend time and experience something new and exciting. T1 aspires to create new user journeys, by introducing unique international brands to the market which in well-distinctive balance with the versatile world of entertainment, allow different customer mindset to emerge.

    T1 has spacious, bright interior architecture, shopping and art, but also versatile dining area “Taste of Tallinn” or “TOT” which is unique in Estonia for both in scope and layout. Most restaurants are located on the fourth floor, above regular shopping, with an opportunity to admire the breath-taking views to the city. T1 has world-class Cinamon Movie Theatre, the region’s largest indoor family entertainment center – Super Skypark, and a rooftop observation wheel Skywheel of Tallinn, unique in Europe.

    Kristiine Shopping Centre is one of the largest shopping centres in the Baltic countries. The constructions began in 1997 and were completed in 1999 with retail space for 60 stores including a 8,000 m2 hypermarket, restaurants, cafes, fast-food outlets and famous fashion brands.

    Demini Shopping Gallery is located in the Tallinn Old Town, one of the prime shopping areas, on the corner of Viru and Vene Street. The renovation of the department store was completed in one year and the complex was opened at the end of 1998. The basement and first three floors are retail space; the two uppermost floors accommodate exclusive apartments. Pro Kapital sold Demini Shopping Centre to an Italian investor at the beginning of 1999.

    Centrally located on Narva road, in the city centre of Tallinn, close to the Tallinn Passenger Port. Turning a former industrial building that used to be a part of the Estonian Cable industrial complex into a contemporary business centre was the first large development project for Pro Kapital in Estonia.

    Domina Shopping is one of Riga’s largest shopping centres with the retail floor space of about 50,000 m2. The project has been developed in several stages in the period of 2002-2006. Now Domina Shopping comprises more than 150 stores as well as restaurants, cafes, beauty care centre, fitness studio. Sold to investors in 2007.
