Kliversala Bay
Residential and Commercial District
Located within the UNESCO World Heritage protection zone, Klīversala is one of Riga’s most prestigious waterfront areas. Situated on the banks of the Daugava River opposite Old Town Riga, it combines historic charm with contemporary urban living. Klīversala Bay is being developed as a modern mixed-use neighbourhood featuring residential buildings, cafés, restaurants, and public spaces in a vibrant yet thoughtfully designed environment.
Upon completion of all planned development phases, the quarter is expected to deliver approximately 670 apartments with a total gross buildable area of 105,000 m², establishing Klīversala as one of the most significant waterfront residential destinations in Riga.

Blue Marine Residence
Blue Marine Residence is a premium waterfront residential development located in the rapidly transforming Āgenskalns Bay area of Riga. Positioned directly on the banks of the Daugava River, the project combines contemporary architecture, energy-efficient solutions, and carefully designed living spaces with exceptional waterfront views.
Blue Marine Residence construction commenced in August 2025, with completion scheduled for August 2027. The development will comprise 96 apartments with a gross buildable area of 12,569 m². Many apartments will feature spacious balconies or terraces, maximizing natural light and views of the river and surrounding cityscape.
Located close to Riga’s city centre, Blue Marine Residence offers a unique balance between urban convenience and a peaceful waterfront lifestyle. The project forms part of the ongoing regeneration of the Āgenskalns Bay area, one of Riga’s most promising residential destinations.

Residential building complex
City Oasis is a planned residential quarter in central Riga. The development will feature a series of residential buildings with commercial premises on the ground floor, combining newly constructed buildings with carefully restored historic architecture to create a distinctive and vibrant urban environment.
Upon completion, the project is planned to comprise approximately 41,300 m² of gross buildable area, delivering a diverse collection of modern homes together with integrated commercial spaces.

Brīvības street Business Quarter in Riga

Brīvības Street Business Quarter is a planned mixed-use business development located along one of Riga’s main transport arteries – Brīvības Street. The site includes a former industrial building, with a long-term vision to combine the restoration of its historical character with the development of modern office and commercial buildings.
The project has a planned gross buildable area of approximately 34,600 m².
