Kalaranna District
Residential area
Status: Kalaranna District will be completed in two construction phases. The construction of the first phase started in January 2020 and is planned to completed by spring 2022 in full.
Kalaranna District is a unique sea-side residential district on the boarder of Tallinn’s central city and old town.
Kalaranna District, located at Kalaranna 8, will have twelve four and five storey buildings on nearly six hectares. The area will be developed in two stages. An integral part of the residential quarter is well-thought-out landscape architecture and a beach promenade that largely preserves the existing natural environment. During the first phase of construction, eight buildings will be completed with 240 apartments, commercial premises and an underground car park. The area will include the Kalaranna Park with versatile leisure opportunities and a Square connecting the buildings.
The first two buildings facing the Tallinna Kalasadam, park, renewed beach and harbour area will be completed by summer 2021. The completion of the first phase of Kalaranna District is planned for spring 2022.
The architects of Kalaranna District are Mihkel Tüür and Ott Kadarik (Kadarik Tüür Architects), landscape architects are Maarja Tüür and Kerttu Kõll (Sfäär Planeeringud). Home interior design packages have been created in cooperation with interior architect Galina Burnakova.

Kristiine City

Status: Kristiine City is under development. The sales of new development project Kindrali Houses is ongoing.
Kristiine City is an integral and unique residential district close to a downtown Tallinn – as if it were a “city within a city”. This is a safe, green and functional living environment.
Homes in Kristiine City are planned in a smart thorugh manner, have stylish design and contemporary look. Together with the new houses, we bring new life into the much-valued historic buildings from the early 20th century.
Today, the historic Tondi 51 Barracks and Mars 6 lofts have received new life through renovation in Kristiine City. Kristina Houses project, designed by Alliance Architects, has welcomed nearly 310 new families to Kristiine City.
Ratsuri Houses
In spring 2021, we completed the construction of Ratsuri Houses development. This is a unique development in the heart of Kristiine City, combining a historic stable building with a contemporary New Dutch style building in a balanced whole.Ongoing development – Kindrali Houses
Our new project in Kristiine City is called Kindrali Houses, which emphasizes comfort, safety and living in harmony with the environment. The contemporary and Nordic appearance of the buildings is complemented by the carefully selected high-quality materials and details in the interior design. There are both spacious five-room flats and ground floor studio apartments with a separate entrance as well as a separate washing room for the four-legged friends. We have started the construction of the first two houses and are preparing for the third – red, house.
