Kalaranna District got its cornerstone

June 18, 2020

On June 18th, Kalaranna District got its cornerstone. This marks the beginning of an exciting journey of the District rising before our eyes and opening the seaside area to people. The area of nearly 39,000 square meters foresees the construction of eight buildings in the first phase and four in the second phase. The natural sandy beach and coastal area will be preserved and a sea park with a playground and a skating rink in winter will become an integral part of the District.

The cornerstone was laid by Andrei Novikov, the Deputy Mayor of the City of Tallinn, Gerd Müller, the Chairman of the Management Board of Nordecon, and Paolo Michelozzi, the CEO of Pro Kapital Grupp.

Our sincerest appreciation to all our partners – City of Tallinn, LHV Bank, Tüür and Kadarik Architects and interior arhitect Galina Burnakova, but also thanks to all the designers and construction supervision, partners and of course customers.
