Borgo is the newest premium residential development in Vilnius, located on one of the most distinctive sites in the historic Old Town, next to the renowned MO Museum. Set on a hillside within the UNESCO World Heritage area, the project embraces the unique character of its surroundings, combining historical heritage with contemporary architecture to create an exceptional place to live.

Inspired by the rich urban history of Vilnius, Borgo has been designed around the careful restoration of a historic building and the addition of a contemporary architectural volume that respectfully complements its surroundings. The project will consist of a limited collection of approximately 53 premium residences (total gross buildable area: 5,741 m²), complemented by carefully integrated commercial spaces and underground parking. Positioned above the city, many homes will enjoy views across the rooftops and church towers of Vilnius Old Town, while residents will find themselves within walking distance of the city’s finest cultural destinations, restaurants, cafés and green public spaces.
