Borgo
Residential and Commercial Development
Borgo is the newest premium residential development in Vilnius, located on one of the most distinctive sites in the historic Old Town, next to the renowned MO Museum. Set on a hillside within the UNESCO World Heritage area, the project embraces the unique character of its surroundings, combining historical heritage with contemporary architecture to create an exceptional place to live.
Inspired by the rich urban history of Vilnius, Borgo has been designed around the careful restoration of a historic building and the addition of a contemporary architectural volume that respectfully complements its surroundings. Rather than replacing the past, the project preserves and reinterprets it, giving new purpose to a landmark that has long been part of the city’s story.
The project will consist of a limited collection of approximately 53 premium residences (total gross buildable area: 5,741 m²), complemented by carefully integrated commercial spaces and underground parking. Positioned above the city, many homes will enjoy views across the rooftops and church towers of Vilnius Old Town, while residents will find themselves within walking distance of the city’s finest cultural destinations, restaurants, cafés and green public spaces.

Residential and CommercialŠaltinių Namai City Villas & Business is the final completed phase of the prestigious Šaltinių Namai | Attico quarter in central Vilnius. Located within the UNESCO World Heritage protection area, the development combines exclusive residential living with boutique commercial premises in a carefully designed urban environment.
Completed in the first quarter of 2026, the development comprises 59 residential and commercial units with a combined gross buildable area of 9,578 m². The project includes luxury apartments, spacious homes with private rooftop terraces, and commercial premises integrated into the quarter’s distinctive architectural concept.

Šaltinių Namai is consistent of altogether six five-floor apartment buildings with spacious attics and eleven private town houses. Šaltinių Namai was completed in 2016. “Domina Plaza Luxury Apartments” are located in the prestigious Didžioji Street and are well-known for 24 highest quality apartments. The street is one of the capital’s most important pedestrian and business street.
The originally two storey renaissance building, that dates back to 16th century, has changed its appearance from a salt warehouse to a brewery. The building which for long time had been empty, was renovated for stores, offices and apartments.
