The bonds offer a fixed annual interest rate of 8.3%, with interest payments made quarterly. The minimum investment is EUR 1,000, and the bonds will mature in September 2028.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The primary purpose of the bond issue is to fully redeem Pro Kapital\u2019s existing Swedish bonds ahead of maturity and bring the Group\u2019s bond financing closer to its home market. The new issue is not intended to increase the Group\u2019s debt obligations, but rather to replace the existing financing with capital raised in the Baltic market.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>The subscription period will run from 10:00 on 8 September until 15:30 on 18 September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>On 9 September at 15:00, Pro Kapital will host a <a href=\"https:\/\/events.teams.microsoft.com\/event\/b0a480ea-6bcb-4e8c-b712-d6955ab5cb74@d7b2bdd1-6077-4f89-8708-6956b8db8f1a?source=copyLinkLegacyShareLinkDialog\">webinar for investors in English.<\/a><\/strong> We will provide an overview of the Group\u2019s current position, development portfolio, financial performance and future plans, as well as discuss the key terms of the bond offering and the intended use of proceeds.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">On 9 September, Pro Kapital Grupp hosted a webinar on its bond offering.
