From 8 to 18 September 2026, investors will have the opportunity to subscribe for Pro Kapital\u2019s new bonds. The bonds offer a fixed annual interest rate of 8.3%, with interest payments made quarterly. The minimum investment is EUR 1,000, and the bonds will mature in September 2028.<\/p>\n
The primary purpose of the bond issue is to fully redeem Pro Kapital\u2019s existing Swedish bonds ahead of maturity and bring the Group\u2019s bond financing closer to its home market. The new issue is not intended to increase the Group\u2019s debt obligations, but rather to replace the existing financing with capital raised in the Baltic market.<\/p>\n
