Brīvības Street Business Quarter is a planned mixed-use business development located along one of Riga’s main transport arteries – Brīvības Street. The site includes a former industrial building, with a long-term vision to combine the restoration of its historical character with the development of modern office and commercial buildings.

The project has a planned gross buildable area of approximately 34,600 m².
