Kristiine Shopping Centre is one of the largest shopping centres in the Baltic countries. The constructions began in 1997 and were completed in 1999 with retail space for 60 stores including a 8,000 m2 hypermarket, restaurants, cafes, fast-food outlets and famous fashion brands. The first extension of Kristiine Shopping Centre in 2001-2002 added 11,500 m2 of leasible area and 400 additional parking places. The last extensions took place in 2010 adding 12,000 m2of leasible area. In 2011 the property was sold to OÜ Kristiine Keskus, a subsidiary of Citycon Oyj. Pro Kapital generated an IRR of 18%.
